brighterkind has won the Feefo Platinum Trusted Service award, an independent seal of excellence that recognises businesses for delivering exceptional experiences, as rated by real customers. brighterkind are the only major care home group in the UK to have received this accolade.

The award recognises the outstanding care and support for residents and their families during the early transition period into a brighterkind care home.

Family members are asked to provide Feefo feedback after they have made an enquiry with a brighterkind home. The Feefo Platinum Trusted Service award has been given for meeting high standards based on the number of reviews and their average rating.
