Signature Senior Lifestyle’s latest home Signature at Beckenham offers assisted living, dementia, nursing and respite care in 100 private apartments - of which 24 have been designed for people with dementia.

‘Five star’ facilities include a library, spa bathroom, therapy room, village hall, restaurant, cinema, and a variety of hotel-style lounges.

Signature at Beckenham is led by general manager Maggie Middleton, a registered nurse who is also a specialist advisor for the Care Quality Commission.

She has senior management experience as a nurse and director in the NHS and private healthcare and previously worked at Signature’s Parklands Manor in Chertsey.

Maggie Middleton said: “Our new home will not only offer the highest standards of luxury care environment but will also be a place that has a real sense of community and independent living.

“Our homes are award-winning through both the design and care given to our residents. Our staff are chosen because of their devotion to their role but also to the rest of their team and to all those in their care.”

Courtney Moncur, client liaison manager, Signature at Beckenham, said: “From short term respite to nursing and specialist dementia care, we will offer a full breadth of services in a beautifully designed, safe and welcoming environment that people can be proud to call home.”
