LIC AWARDS 2021 WINNER: Care Home Registered Manager of the Year

Laura Simpson won the 2021 LIC AWARD for Care Home Registered Manager of the Year.

This award recognises Laura as the Care Home Registered Manager of the year, as she has shown tremendous leadership to her team and commitment to the home and residents, liaising with the local authority, hospitals and family members, consistently reassuring both residents and staff.

This has all been achieved whilst still delivering the highest standards of care to the residents, despite a significant number of staff isolating.
