Fancy a Trip to the Pub?
‘Sounds lovely” said both our residents when asked if they would like a walk down to the village in the wonderful sunshine and fresh air, especially when I mentioned a drink in the local pub ‘The Queens Head’.
It was a great walk down. We chatted about the weather and what we fancied to drink at the pub. We were very much in need of a drink when we got there.
The staff at the The Queens Head in Hethersett were very friendly, even putting a ramp down to help us out and showing us the best place to sit for some shade. Our residents enjoyed a St Clements (orange juice and lemonade) and half a bitter shandy,.
