Meet Simon

In August 2022, Simon Harris began his career as our lifestyle manager here at Glenvale Park. He fitted in from day one and spent his first few weeks getting to know everyone, asking questions and learning all that he could about the lovely people who live with us here.

Simon set about creating a lifestyle programme to suit everyone, organising activities based on individual interests and hobbies. Simon is incredibly creative and extremely passionate about what he does, Simon doesn’t just think outside of the box, Simon threw away the box.

Simon is popular with team members and residents alike, with his upbeat attitude and winning smile, he spreads joy wherever he goes. There is never a dull moment when he is around.

In just five short months, Simon has made his mark, from welcoming new residents with the red carpet treatment, to organising day trips, events and celebrations, he brings his own flair to everything he does.

Taking on the role of lifestyle manager was quite the career change for Simon but you would never know that he hadn’t been doing this all his life.

Simon enriches the lives of all who live and work here, he has found his calling and we are extremely grateful that he found it here at Glenvale Park.
