Food Standards Agency (FSA) 5 Star Rating

Lincombe Manor Care Centre has recently been awarded a 5-star rating by the Food Standards Agency (FSA).

Pete Middleton, Head Chef for the care centre and the Manor House bistro commented: “This is fantastic news for our catering team at Lincombe Manor, I am really proud of them. They are being recognised for their hard work in the kitchen, ensuring meals are prepared safely with high-quality ingredients.”

Justine Thelwell, General Manager, was also delighted with the outcome, commenting: "Mealtimes are an intrinsic part of daily life and contribute much to the physical, mental & emotional well-being of the residents.

"Our catering team go the extra mile to ensure the residents are served a variety of dishes to capture their personal tastes. Our 5-star rating is a wonderful recognition of their efforts which they so richly deserve, as we continually strive to improve our services."
