Fred goes golfing

Fred has been a member of Coxmoor Golf Club for over 40 years, he and his wife Valerie have spent many a happy hour there and have made many friends along the way.

Unfortunately, Fred has not been able to play much golf recently but does enjoy reliving his experiences, telling us about his love of the game and his prowess on the golf course.

It is obvious to us all just how much the club means to Fred, and we intend to ensure that he does not lose his connection to the sport and to his golfing friends.

This week we made a visit to Coxmoor, Fred along with friends Betty, Ray and Kit were welcomed with open arms by the members there, they were delighted to be able to catch up with Fred, and to give us a tour, we were even got to have lunch at the nineteenth hole.
