See how the Park View garden grows

Park View launched a new Gardening Club earlier this summer and it has been a tremendous success. The club looks after plants and flowers, but also a new greenhouse, built earlier this year by our maintenance team.

The stars of the green house are the courgettes, which are looking good and ready to eat. The tomatoes are coming through nicely, if you look closely enough.

Some of the herbs are ready for chef to use in a pea and mint soup maybe, and also parsley and chives for our fish sauce, Who doesn't like a bit of parsley sauce with white fish.
