We make sure it is easy for families to get in touch with us, whether that’s over email, phone call or a face-to-face meeting. If family members can’t come into the care homes to visit they can visit the Facebook page. Where there are weekly activity programmes, photos and videos of the residents.

That’s why we schedule meetings with families to discuss their loved one’s care and any concerns they may have. These meetings allow us to build a deeper understanding of the families’ needs and develop a personalised care plan that meets those needs.

We provide opportunities for families to participate in activities and events in our care homes. We also encourage families to visit often and be involved in their loved ones’ daily lives.
