Avery Healthcare Group Awards 2023

Recognising and celebrating our peers’ excellence and hard work is integral to our values at Avery. Throughout August and September, Avery Healthcare and the Hawthorns group colleagues nominated and shared testimonials of their peers for our annual Avery Awards.

Chief Executive Officer Lorna Rose hosted the awards on Thursday 2nd November, at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Stratford-upon-Avon. It was a joyous occasion, as shortlisted finalists came together for a celebration lunch, commemorating the wonderful successes across our group.

Residents and staff teams within our homes were also able to join in with a live feed of the event streamed to our homes, allowing them to support their colleagues and celebrate successes with their own parties.

Congratulations to our very own maintenance operative Andy for being a finalist and well done to everyone that was nominated. The residents and staff had a brilliant time watching the live stream.
