Residents from Dorset House are aiming to complete 100 laps of the care home garden to raise money for BBC Children in Need.

The care home residents were thrilled to be joined by little children from Muddy Boots Nursery in Hamworthy, who were all wearing Pudsey Bear ears.

The nursery children visit Dorset House every two weeks to sing songs, play parachute gardens, take part in gardening activities and other fun with the residents as part of the care home’s links with the local community.

Pictures of Pudsey Bear, the Children in Need mascot, were hidden around the garden for the children and residents to find. They also sang a range of songs together including the Wheels on the Bus and Wind the Bobbin Up.
