Senior Games

We had a visit with Hayden from Our Wiltshire this week.

Hayden is part of a 12 week programme, Wiltshire Council are running called Senior Games. "Senior Games sessions feature the British Gymnastics Foundation's 'Love to Move' programme, designed by experts to enhance cognitive function. Participants can enjoy music, engage in physical activities, and challenge their minds with brain exercises. These sessions are fun, engaging and aim to help participants 'do more' in their daily lives."

This week our residents enjoyed movement, cognitive activities and music.

Everyone really enjoyed the experience and we can't wait to take part in many more activities over the coming 12 weeks!
