Exmouth Care Home Launches Tech Cafe

Local Exmouth care home, Raleigh Manor have teamed up with AgeUK Devon, this week to deliver a Tech Café. The pop-up Tech Café offers technical support for those struggling their devices. General Manager of Raleigh Manor, Gill Pratt said “the objective for this café is to facilitate the support of our residents and the community at large who might be struggling with the complexity of modern technology“. “After chatting to Tim, who volunteers for AgeUK Devon, we decided to host a Tech Café, once a month here at Raleigh Manor that anyone in the community is welcome to attend.” Tim was busy from the moment he arrived and was able help and guide those that attended, with their technology frustrations. For those who were not able to attend, the Tech Café will be held on the last Wednesday of every month. The next session being Wednesday the 26th of February from 10.30am to 11.30am.
