Staff and residents from Lindum House had a fantastic time visiting North Point shopping centre where they all enjoyed taking part in a walk round the shops and stopped to have a chat with the locals in the social hub.

Residents and staff had a brilliant time at ‘Bransholme Chat at The Living Room’ where they all enjoyed taking part in potting up spring bulbs, a nice hot cuppa soup and a lovely social chat. Staff at the living room were kind enough to gift some bulbs to the home for their gardens.

Activities coordinator, Kelly Rolph said: “We absolutely love being able to take our residents out and about on shopping trips, it makes us so happy to be able to access and discover venues like this. It has been a fantastic morning and we’ve all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.”

David Black resident at Lindum House said: “We have all had the most wonderful time visiting North point, I only got my new electric wheelchair yesterday & Kelly really helped me to get about. It is so lovely to be able to visit places like this and soak up the atmosphere & reminisce. I especially liked our break at the living room.”
