Peace Doves and Wildlife

We've had a great morning welcoming Megan from Roses Theatre, Tewkesbury and Sarah from Tewkesbury Nature Reserve where residents and staff got the opportunity of going on a virtual tour of the recent display of the Peace Doves at Tewkesbury Abbey and learn more about the project. We also looked at some old photos and learnt that the Roses Theatre will soon celebrate the 50 anniversary! For a sensory and tactile activity, Meg and Sarah have brought some toy birds that residents enjoyed getting to know some interesting facts and get involved in the guess the bird sound game. Thank you both so much for this opportunity and we look forward to continue working together and bring more projects to the residents at Tewkesbury Fields and community.
