Clarendon Hall Care Home Celebrates Mother’s Day in Style

Clarendon Hall Care Home was filled with joy and celebration over the weekend as residents enjoyed a special Mother’s Day event filled with music, treats, and thoughtful gifts.

On Friday, residents gathered for a delightful afternoon party featuring live entertainment from The Hummingbirds, a talented singing and ukulele duo. The lively performance created a wonderful atmosphere, with everyone tapping along to the music and enjoying the cheerful melodies.

Accompanying the entertainment was a fabulous afternoon tea, complete with an array of delicious cakes that added a sweet touch to the festivities. The event was a great success, with residents and staff alike sharing their joy and appreciation for such a heart-warming celebration.

The celebrations continued on Sunday, when Wellbeing Coordinators Hayley and Debbie made the day extra special by personally delivering Mother’s Day gifts to all the ladies in the home. Each resident received a beautifully decorated room with their choice of a giant sunflower, rose, or daisy, bringing a bright and cheerful ambiance to their living spaces.

It was a truly delightful Mothering Sunday, with everyone expressing their gratitude for the thoughtful gestures and joyful celebrations. At Clarendon Hall Care Home, creating special moments for residents is always a top priority, and this Mother’s Day was certainly one to remember.
