Beechwood Park Care Home in Alloa recently celebrated Mother’s Day with a heartfelt afternoon of family, fun, and delicious treats. Residents were joined by their loved ones to mark the special occasion with afternoon tea and a makeover!
In the lead-up to the day, residents channelled their creativity into artwork that was used to decorate the home, adding a personal and colourful touch to the celebration. The Beechwood team beautifully decorated the dining room and talented chef, Margaret, prepared a tasty spread of cakes and sweet treats.
Resident Pamela was delighted to spend the afternoon with her two daughters, Lesley and Susan. Susan, visiting all the way from Australia, shared how much she enjoyed the event, describing Beechwood Park as a “lovely care home with a great family atmosphere.”
Resident Beth was joined by her daughters, Pamela and Isabel, and granddaughter, Claire. The families spent a lovely afternoon together, chatting, laughing, and tucking into Margaret’s freshly baked treats.
To top off the afternoon, Nurses Trixia and Bella treated the ladies to a bit of pampering, painting their nails and making them looking fabulous!
Mother’s Day at Beechwood Park was a wonderful celebration and a reflection of the close-knit, family feel at the home.
