The team at Rothsay Grange, led by the Operations Manager, organised a fun “Dress-Up Day” where staff came in costume, keeping their characters a mystery for residents to guess.
The team paraded through the reception to cheers from residents, families, and fellow team members.
The winner, with the most votes, was Leanne – our Head of Housekeeping. Congratulations, Leanne!
