Employee of the month March 2025

Residents and staff at Lucerne House in Exeter applauded as Senior Health Care Assistant, Ahmed, was named ‘Employee of the Month’ for March, for going above and beyond in supporting residents and team members. He is always bright and cheerful and brings a smile to everyone’s faces, as she supports all of the team and residents in the home whilst completing duties in his role. Ahmed has been an integral part of the Care Team, with his focus on our Nursing Community and is a real role model for his peers and members of our amazing team at Lucerne House. Ahmed was nominated by many of their colleagues, visitors and residents who felt he really deserved extra recognition for the amazing work he does every day. Ahmed was congratulated by the home’s General Manager for the achievement and was presented with a £25 voucher as a special thank you. Sally Coletti, General Manager at Lucerne House said: “I’m so pleased to have such an amazing, talented and caring individual working as part of our team. Ahmed is always going above and beyond and I hope this ‘Employee of the Month’ award goes some way towards showing how much Ahmed’s hard work is valued.
