The Sonic Sanctuary

James from The Sonic Sanctuary kindly came to visit us to demonstrate and explain the benefits of sonic sound.

Not only did James visit our residents in their rooms he also demonstrated on some of our staff and visiting families, which was greatly appreciated.

Sylvia provoked an interesting conversation expressing that you don't really associate sound with physical feelings!

Lorna certainly felt more relaxed.

The overall consensus was that they loved the experience and felt the benefit of the sonic massage.

We will be seeing more of James in the future. Some exciting things awaits our residents, staff and families.
