Carer Cafe'

Woodlands are opening their doors and holding their second Carer Café on Friday 2nd May 2025 2-4pm. This provides a platform for carers to connect with others who understand the challenges they face and allows them to connect, share experiences and receive emotional and peer support in a safe environment. While their loved one is engaged with our Well-being Team, it allows the care giver, to relax and focus on their own wellbeing for a little while.

Our café is held on the first Friday of every month, so if you are looking after an older relative and would like to join us, just give us a call or drop us an email.
