Community Connections Brewing at Wilton Manor’s Community Café

Wilton Manor Care Home in Melton Mowbray, part of the Sanders Senior Living Group, is delighted to celebrate the growing success of its new Community Café, a monthly event designed to bring people together in a warm, welcoming space. Hosted on the last Thursday of every month at 12:30pm, the café invites local residents, families, and members of the wider community to enjoy tea, coffee, and a selection of delicious homemade treats prepared by the home's talented kitchen team.

The Community Café was launched as part of Wilton Manor’s commitment to reducing social isolation and enabling residents to create meaningful connections. It has quickly become a much-loved addition to life at the Wilton Manor home. Guests at recent gatherings have enjoyed lively conversations in a friendly and inclusive atmosphere. The initiative has received fantastic support from residents, relatives, team members, and local visitors alike, creating a vibrant community hub within the heart of Wilton Manor. The home is proud to offer this free, regular event where everyone is made to feel at home and part of something special.
