Julie Norton wins Care and Support West Frontline Nurse of the Year 2022.

Julie is a strong team player and someone who leads by example. She has led the home through a severe COVID outbreak, working extra shifts and keeping morale high. She has a caring nature and a person-centred approach to working with residents. She has supported residents and families during their end of life care for which she has received recognition and much gratitude from families. She has supported several colleagues to progress and learn and many colleagues have given testament to her supportive approach.
