The Awards are based on over 55,000 Reviews & Recommendations received from Residents and Family / Friends of Residents from 15th February 2014 to 15th February 2021. Specifically, we have used the Review Score, as of 15th of February 2021, which is calculated using a combination of the number of reviews, the average of each of the ratings and the size of the care home.
