Stratton House won 'Team of the Year' for being an ‘amazing place to work and for residents to live’, with colleagues who are supportive, willing to learn, and help each other out. A resident says: “What stands out most is their ability to create a sense of community and family within our care home. They organise activities that engage us and take us feel valued, listened to, and loved. Whether it’s celebrating birthdays, organising game nights, or simply taking the time to chat with us, they make every effort to ensure our days are filled with joy and meaning.”

The OSCARs awards ceremony provided an opportunity for MHA to credit, highlight and celebrate the wonderful work staff and volunteers do. More than 250 colleagues attended the conference and awards ceremony and there were more than 450 nominations for the awards. There were 13 categories, and all the winners were presented with a certificate, award and prize in their respective categories.
