Briony Williamson won 2015 'Frontline Leader Award' at the regional Great British Care Awards. The judges said "Briony is inspirational and puts residents at the heart of everything she does".

The Frontline Leader Award is given to a person who has shown clear commitment to improving the delivery of care and support within their team, and someone who has shown leadership qualities by reflecting on what could be better and supporting others to bring about change.

The East Midlands Care Awards is a regional event held annually to celebrate the best of the Care Sector. Winners proceed to the National Finals where they compete against other regional winners from across the country.
