Leicestershire County Council is working in partnership with care providers in the county to promote best practice and put quality and dignity at the heart of service delivery. The QAF is just one of Leicestershire County Council’s initiatives to improve the quality of services.

In Leicestershire we aim to:
Raise awareness of the QAF and inspire local people to take action
Promote best practise and support people and organisations to drive up the quality of service provision
Reward and recognise those who make a difference and go that extra mile
