Excellence in Care award 'Innovation in Care' - Hampton Court Care Home

Newlyn Court were given an award for the Excellence in Care Awards in the category of 'Innovation in Care'.

Newlyn Court nursing team have worked closely with the GP practice to set up an innovative programme of regular holistic planned health reviews. This helped to save the NHS costs but most of all assisted in achieving better health outcomes for the residents. The award was presented by the West Midlands Care Association.
