ISO 45001 is a Occupational Health Safety management system that provides workers and others a safe and healthy environment by preventing work related injuries and ill health and improving Health & Safety performance throughout the organisation.

The benefits of working to the practices and following the procedures of this standard that it protects workers from injury to themselves or others whilst they are carrying out tasks, reduces sick days due to injuries resulting in being able to provide continuity of care to our residents and be able to build stronger relationships.

We are one of only a handful of care homes in the country certificated to this new standard.
As well as internal auding of our Safety practices we are also independantly audited by ISOQS Ltd twice per year.
