Do you want to learn more about how to prevent falls for you or a loved one?

Weald Heights is pleased to welcome Jane Cast from Neuro Rehabilitation Kent, who will give expert guidance on preventing falls, maintaining independence and reducing balance problems.
The event will also include:

· A chance to learn the common causes of slips and falls and discover ways of preventing falls at home or in care
· Advice and tips on activities and exercises that improve balance and reduce the risk of falls
· Complimentary refreshments
