March 1st is National Peanut Butter Lovers Day which has been celebrated since 1990 when it made its first appearance to commemorate the anniversary of when peanut butter made its commercial debut in the United States. According to the National Day Calendar, in March 1980 an un-named Doctor began providing peanut butter to those patients who had difficulty chewing and more than 100 years later it's history is still celebrated along with its benefits. Our peanut butter loving Residents will be enjoying peanut butter sandwiches to join in the celebrations!!
