In a one to one, Agnes and I had a conversation about her hearing and how this is isolating her from the world and she wished she could listen to the news and keep up to date with what is going on, well I granted this wish for her this week, I brought Agnes some wireless headphones that she can connect to her television, she was so pleased that she wasn’t going to disturb anyone else with her loud telly any longer and she could watch the news AND hear it directly, she was that pleased she asked me to turn the subtitles off! Agnes is 101 years old and very open minded when it comes to new technology! She is also pleased she can listen to her classical music and relax in her chair.
