My father spent his last few weeks under the excellent care of the manager and her team at The Dales Nursing Home. We chose this home as the staff were all very friendly, the facilities were excellent and nothing seemed too much trouble. The rooms were always spotless and the home always had a friendly atmosphere. We particularly liked the spacious room with a lovely view over the city and the green space of the park opposite. We really appreciated the extra time staff took to discuss Father's progress and what was happening and also explanations as to what was happening. We received a call from the manager in plenty of time to travel so we could all be with him as he passed, which was really appreciated. Thanks to everyone.

The Dales staff nursed my mum during her end of life care for cancer. They all treated Mum with such care and compassion. She was treated with dignity throughout and all staff were so friendly. They were professional but always seemed to go above and beyond, truly dedicated to their vocation. I’m so glad she got to spend her final days with such wonderful people looking after her. It’s a lovely bright home, kept so clean by a really dedicated team. Thank you all.
