View Full Details of Jasmine Court Nursing HomeI can't praise Jasmine Court enough. My dad needed a weeks respite at very short notice and everybody jumped through hoops to make this happen. He had a wonderful week, after not such a good start. The staff could not do more for him. So much so that he is now looking forward to returning. Thank you so much to you all.
Whenever we visited Jasmine Court we got a warm welcome and were always offered a drink. The staff were cheerful neat and tidy. Our resident was extremely well cared for, clean, hair brushed and even nails painted and she was nicely dressed. She was always treated with great respect. Her room was well organised and neat. The staff took her downstairs whenever activities were happening which I know was not always easy. Having had a meal at the home we can vouch for the food being tasty and well presented. The afternoon entertainment looked like fun with the staff joining in and helping the residents when required. Recently the residents were taken to a small farm and able to stroke the animals. That must have taken a lot of organisation and a tremendous effort for the staff and this is a measure of quality of care given to the residents at Jasmine Court. The residents are fortunate to live in such a caring, friendly and happy home. The manager is a very special person.
My Father recently stayed at Jasmine Court and without exception I found every member of the staffing team considerate, caring and very kind. They did all they could to make Dad feel comfortable and settled and I cannot thank them enough
Our family were totally impressed with the level of care that our Mother had whilst at Jasmine Court, All the staff seemed happy and was a joy to visit this amazing home, and in Mums final stages, our family had the support of the lovely manager, who is an amazing person. Mum was not the easiest person to look after, but there patience and kindness shone through. She enjoyed the meals, and would have the help to eat, on the days she couldn't manage herself. The home is of excellent standard, exceptionally clean and very comfortable.
18 years after easing my Mum's passing, 4 years since that of a dear friend and now my loving husband. Personnel have changed but the loving, compassion, cooking and exemplary care continue. Thank you for the kindness shown to us over recent months and don't ever change.
My mother was resident at Jasmine Court for 4 years since the death of her husband. It was apparent that he had done a great deal for her while they both lived at home and that she was not capable of supporting herself. Jasmine Court were very kind - they made her comfortable and looked after her very well. She soon required constant care and 24 hour observation which they provided without fuss or question. There was always a doctor available to advise each time there was an instance of infectious disease in the home and we were always notified. Her stay included the Covid-19 period, during which time strict precautions were taken with visitors but at no time did we feel unwelcome. Mum's heath declined significantly in her final 12 months and we knew the staff were concerned for her, especially as she was bed-bound and couldn't join activities or socialise. Her passing was managed with dignity and care - I'm sure she would join in my appreciation for the care and support she received.
My husband was a resident of Jasmine Court for over two years until his recent death. The home is clean and warm but what makes it exceptional is the staff. The manager is a treasure and the whole team are friendly and welcoming. My husband was bedridden and suffered with advanced vascular dementia so wasn't always easy but he had the very best care - we couldn't have found better. They cared for us as a family, particularly at the end, and went over and beyond in their support of us all. I am extremely grateful to them all and would highly recommend Jasmine Court to anyone who is looking for dedicated care for their loved one.
My dad was living in Jasmine Court for several years, unfortunately he suffered with severe dementia and was bedridden but I always knew he was cared for to a very high standard. All of the staff were friendly and welcoming when we visited and supported us through my dad's declining condition. It may not be modern but as someone who has worked in care homes that's not what I was looking for. I wanted a care home that put their residents needs first and actually cared for their residents. And that's exactly what I got. The manager is an absolute gem and I could not praise her or all of the staff highly enough. My dad recently passed away here and the staff supported us throughout going above and beyond nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend Jasmine Court and I hope this goes someway to thanking them for the care and support they so kindly gave my dad and us all as a family.
Shortly after dad went into Jasmine Court it quickly became evident nothing is too much for all the staff and he was made to feel at home and all his needs taken care of. We cannot express enough how amazing Jasmine Court have been looking after dad during his time with them as well as making us feel welcome during our visits. All the staff always seemed to go over and above to make sure dad was cared for, loved and included in everything which took part there. Jasmine Court became his home for the final months of his life and we will be forever grateful to everyone there for looking after him (and us) so amazingly during his time there. Jasmine Court is by far the best nursing home we have visited and we would not hesitate to recommend it as a safe, comfortable and welcoming place for anyone's loved ones who need care. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts to all the staff for caring so well for dad as you did, we are truly grateful.
I cannot express enough my gratitude to one staff member in particular and all the staff at Jasmine Court Nursing Home for the tender and loving care they gave to my mum. I would highly recommend Jasmine Court from the care to the well thought out menus.
My mum spent almost two months at Jasmine Court, initially receiving care which then led onto palliative care. Throughout her stay, Mum seemed happy and relaxed. Whilst she was able, she spent her time in the lounge, looking at the Weston Super Mare seafront. She loved Weston, the view was important to her and always brought her peace. Jasmine Court has a warm, almost family feel, and you feel this when you enter, from the warm smile and offer of a cup of tea, from whoever meets you at the door. This level of care is evident throughout the home, the staff are engaging, often seen in the lounge talking to the residents. The home in general is clean and tidy always as are the resident's rooms. The one thing that always got mentioned by those that visited Mum, was that "It doesn't smell like a home!" Which speaks volumes in itself. My mum, is now at peace, although it is a sad time for us all, I would like to thank the team for making her stay calm, comfortable, and dignified. Thank you.
The care my Mum received was excellent. Jasmine Court has a homely feel and all the staff were caring and happy. The manager was always available should she be needed and was extremely approachable and caring. I would highly recommend this care home as they truly do care.
All the staff were so caring, compassionate, and professional at all times. My father was always kept clean shaven, washed, hair, nails, and clothes nicely presented. Staff were attentive to his needs sharing valuable information daily. On entry, the staff explained the process of his care package and provided a tour of the home, including the excellent kitchen. His room was freshly painted comfortable chairs, and plenty of blankets. They provided a welcome pack with essential information which reassured us about his care. When he passed away the staff couldn't be more supportive. Such a lovely friendly environment. Thank you.
All the staff were amazing, nothing was too much trouble, Dad was not the easiest person to deal with and they all coped remarkably well with him. Even since Dad has passed a member of staff in particular has called to see how Mum is coping, which touched her heart.
Lovely staff, very caring and helpful. Patients and relatives are treated with respect and sympathy. My mother had exemplary treatment and empathy at the end of her life.
My stay at Jasmine Court was very good. All staff very nice and helpful and caring. Very friendly. It is a very cozy place to stay. Food good, and very clean and tidy.
My mum was well looked after for her weeks respite care. All the staff seemed caring, considerate and welcoming. When I visited the staff were often sitting and chatting with the residents. The entertainer coordinator visited several times throughout the week. He provided stimulating and fun activities and knew the residents well. He included my mum and treated her with respect and as though he's known her for a while. My mum was well looked after and the food was of a high standard.
Mum had been in Jasmine Court for two and a half years. During that time she was cared for in a kind and caring way. Staff were always polite to her and me when I visited in fact, I would class some as friends. To me, the home is excellent.
We chose Jasmine Court for our friend as there was such a warm and friendly feel about the house, and the staff all seemed happy as they went about their work. The care and attention that was given was excellent, and our friend settled in quickly. The food was tasty and well presented, laundry was done frequently, and everywhere was clean and tidy. The staff were all professional in their duties, but there was always a ready smile and willingness to chat. Our friend was approaching the end of life but didn't want to be moved away from the home as she was so happy there.
My wife has been at Jasmine Court Nursing Home for some years. I find the staff very helpful and look after my wife very well.
