Care home is very good, staff is very good, services are very good as well there hygiene and cleanliness is very good although is far away from my home but I still accommodate for my daughter to see her.

The staff are always caring, friendly and helpful though the odour of urine permeates on some days. The facilities are large, but the building is repurposed which means there are compromises in layout and accessibility. I cannot comment on the food as I haven't eaten there. Of the less critical things the car parking is inadequate some days and the music played through the television is overly loud.
