We cannot speak more highly of the staff at Northfields House. Our mum was sent to another care home for assessment recently. She was only in there 2 weeks and the deterioration in her was unbelievable, they didn't even say goodbye or wish her well when she left. When she arrived back at Northfields the staff greeted her like one of the family and she cried with joy to be back with them. We as a family trust the manager and the staff 100% to do the best for our beloved mum. We wouldn't want her to be anywhere else. As a result of being back with them, her mobility has improved and she is happier than ever. We would recommend this home to anyone looking for a nice place for their loved ones to live. The staff are wonderful.

My mum has now been in Northfield House for just over 18 months and has received outstanding care from all of the wonderful staff. There is always a friendly welcome when I visit regularly each week and I am kept fully informed about my mum's health and state of mind. The staff go to great lengths to ensure my mum is well cared for in every way. It is exceptionally clean and all the staff are a credit to the excellent owners.

Northfield House provides all the care that my husband needs. All of the staff are pleasant and really friendly. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Everything at Northfield House is very clean and tidy. My husband enjoys all the meals and there is plenty of variety. Would highly recommend.

The time my sister has spent here, the care has been friendly warm and excellent. The staff have been very kind to her and we have always been welcomed on our visits. We would highly recommend this care home.

My godmother has been a resident at Northfield House since March 2009. I could not ask for a better care home as I know she is really well taken care of. All of her needs are met and the staff are very attentive and friendly. Whenever I visit I am always met with a smile and an offer of a cuppa. Would 100% recommend this care home.

Mum has been here for three years. The staff have always made her feel secure and loved. Whenever we visited she was clean and fresh. Nothing is too much trouble for them and we had peace of mind that Mum was getting all the care and support that her condition needed. In the last few months of her life, we have been able to come and go whenever we needed. The end-of-life care the girls provided was wonderful. Thank you for all you have done. Can't speak highly enough.

The staff are always very friendly and welcoming and the residents are well cared for. Northfield House is always very clean and is a lovely environment for the residents to be in. It has a very homely feel.

My father is a resident at Northfield House, and the care he receives is excellent. All the staff are so caring. Knowing my father is so well cared for eases the concerns of all the family. The staff are always cheerful, and nothing seems to bother them, and we are made to feel welcome. I would highly recommend this care home to anyone considering long-term care; it has a real homely feel.

Thank you all at Northfield House for the excellent care shown towards my mum. Nothing is too much trouble. The home is well managed, spotlessly clean and Covid safe. The staff are always polite and friendly. A well-run, family business offering care and kindness to all its residents and visitors.

I am delighted to commend Northfield House for its exceptional level of care. My mother, a resident for over two years, was treated by her carers with courtesy, tenderness and a love that was particularly apparent during her bedridden three months of end-of-life care. The home is very welcoming to visitors, and it was easy to create close and mutually beneficial relationships with the staff. Standards of cleanliness and protection are very high.

My brother and I have been most impressed (and relieved) at how welcoming and kind has been the care shown to our mother, on this, her first personal experience of life as a care home resident. As a recent stroke sufferer, she was understandably bewildered and distressed at first, but she improved day by day, and now seems happier - and more mobile - than we've seen her in months! Thank you all at Northfield.

My mums care is very good, all of the staff are very caring and understanding. The standard of care which my mum has is excellent, we are always made welcome. Mum is always dressed well and keep her really safe.

My mum's care has always been of a high standard. Staff at Northfield are always accommodating and the respect and dignity they afford to mum and her visitors is second to none. Mum is treated empathetically and on an individual needs care package.

Since my father-in-law came here in May 2021, he has improved greatly. We cannot fault the care he has received. The staff keep you informed of all developments regarding his health and care. The home gives a real feel of a friendly and comfortable home from home.

We have been visiting my father-in-law for the past few months and we have been very impressed by the care and attention given to him. After having lived alone for a number of years and looking after himself, he seems to have settled in very nicely and his general wellbeing has noticeably improved.
