My Mother's initial stay at Cams Ridge was first for some respite care, however, she felt happy there and we decided she would stay. Throughout her time at Cams, she was very well cared for - all the staff were very kind and helpful and made her relaxed and happy. I cannot thank them enough.

At first reluctant, my Mum thoroughly enjoyed her stay. Sitting in the lounge there were plenty of residents and staff to talk to. The surroundings are pleasant and homely. The food is nutritious and well-presented. Personal care was exemplary, Mum was always clean, tidy, and well-dressed. Whenever I visited, the staff were warm, smiling, and friendly. At the end of Mum's life, the staff sat with her for hours, for which Mum and I are very grateful.

We as a family found that the care home made my wife very welcome and made every effort to make things comfortable and friendly for her. An early acceptance of her health problems was essential to acceptance of her feeling at home as she felt initially that we were putting her into prison, but due to good care by the staff, she later felt comfortable and contented. My family and I are very thankful for the care provided to her by all members of staff.

Mum resided in Cams Ridge from June 2022 until her passing on the 16th February 2024. From day one here she was always happy. Referred to it as her home and "her staff". She always joined in any activity there and really enjoyed the sing songs they had. All the staff were considerate and kind to her. Also, all the staff treated the family well. They put on a truly lovely do to celebrate her 110th birthday last year. And in the end, they were so kind to us all. Mum definitely enjoyed her 20 months there.

Since I was brought here before Christmas, I have been well looked after. It is a lovely nursing home and it's run by very caring staff. There are activities run by the staff for those who wish to take part. I have had many visitors and all are most impressed and have been treated well.

Mum was only at Cams Ridge Care Home for a short while. It is a lovely, cheerful home with excellent, caring carers and nurses. Mum was treated very well and with humour. Someone was always checking on her to make sure she was comfortable and safe. She said the food was very good. Visitors were made welcome and you never felt you were in their way. Visitors could see what Mum was eating and drinking etc. by the record she sheets kept in her room. I would recommend this home to anyone.

Home from home with wonderful caring staff suiting individuals' needs. Nothing too much trouble, high standards of cleanliness, varied food menu giving choice with regular drinks rounds. Residents well cared for and would highly recommend.

From day one, the team provided compassionate and dignified care. Dealing with my gran's complex needs and fussiness when it came to food (I'm not sure there is any ice cream left!) We will always be grateful for the care provided at Cams Ridge Care Home.

My mother was reluctant to come to a care home but after a few days, she realised it was a good move. She is very happy and content, well cared for and is full of praise for all the staff. On each of our visits to my mother, we have found all the staff very pleasant and helpful.

I am in under CHC, I wouldn't be happy having to pay £1,200 a week, at least for the room I am in.
