View Full Details of Trevaylor Manor Care HomeMy wife has been in the home for thirteen and a half years. Excelent, caring home. So grateful to all.
I can only speak as I find, and I found; amazing, individual, caring people, each and every one of them contributing in their own unique way to ensure; that those who have lived a life of love, happiness, friendliness, emotion, ambition, excitement, creativity, enjoyment and family fulfilment are not forgotten! They have succumbed to a cruel, overpowering disease or illness and everyone at Trevaylor Manot Care Home is determined they will live the rest of their lives with the utmost dignity and respect they all completely deserve. The staff are an absolute credit to caring and human life! Thank you all so much.
My husband was in the care of Trevaylor Manor for two years. His behaviour was at times very challenging for the staff, who always treated him with absolute loving care and dignity. He always felt safe and loved. The laundry always returned his clothes immaculate and pressed. this would matter a lot to my husband. Always he was presented clean and shaved and smart. The food and hygiene were excellent. Trevaylor Manor was my husband's home. Where he received the love and respect he deserved. I never can thank them enough. I felt fully supported throughout.
Excellent care from all levels of staff. Always a warm, friendly welcome, offered a drink, tea/coffee. The individual needs of my sister are catered for. Any concerns are listened to and taken on board and dealt with.
The care home is very good, but the price of care for elderly people who have worked hard all their lives is extortionate. I have had to see my mother's home to pay care fees, and it is very upsetting, distressing and unnecessary.
Since my wife came to Trevaylor, I and my family have been well pleased with the care she has received. The care and friendliness of the staff contrast very favourably with our previous experience. My wife is eating well and responds to the kindly attention of the staff. We particularly appreciate being able to visit at any time. Thanks to all concerned.
I found my own and my wife's experience very satisfying and happy. I also must mention the staff and management. I have always been welcomed and made welcome with lots of information regarding my wife. Thank you.
Excellent care from all the carers could not be in a better home.
Very pleased with the care my mother is receiving at Trevaylor Manor Care Home. I visit frequently and always find her in good humour well dressed and groomed and her room and bed linen very clean.
My wife was placed in this home in September 2021 after an 8-week stay in hospital following surgery on a broken femur sustained at a previous home. For the first time, I can now feel totally relaxed in the knowledge that she is comfortable, well cared for and always clean and tidy. The staff are in my view are excellent and always have time in their very busy day to answer any questions and provide sound advice and support. All the staff, without exception, are approachable, helpful and can’t do enough for my wife and I. Thank you.
Overall, as a family, we can't fault the care my dad has received. The staff are compassionate and supportive. The management has been "in tune" not only with my dad but with the needs of his wife and family. Given normal circumstances, we feel the home could offer and function fully with regard to staffing and activities but understand Covid has had a massive impact in curtailing these factors.
As my mum was admitted during the current pandemic, I have only had visits once a week and have therefore not looked around the home. I have seen Mum's room but not actually seen anything else. My mum seems very happy and is always clean and tidy. The staff always seem helpful and friendly.
I am very grateful for the first-class care Mum has enjoyed. The staff, in my opinion, are first class. Nothing is too much trouble. It is a huge relief to know Mum is being looked after and supported when I can't be there. I would like to pass a huge thank you to all concerned.
We are very pleased with the care given to my wife. She is more settled due to the skilled care given by the staff and we would recommend Trevaylor Manor. We feel she is fortunate to be there.
The care that my dad is receiving at Trevaylor Manor is fantastic. He wants for nothing and has settled very well in his new home from home. Dad is cared for in a dignified, caring manner. Nothing is too much trouble for any staff. Each and every one of them are caring, friendly, helpful and approachable. They’ve answered all my questions regarding Dad’s care and kept me well informed of how he’s settled in. They’ve taken the time out of their very busy days to answer my questions and reassure me when I’ve felt a little “lost” as I'm new to the care process. His room is warm, cosy and comfortable. The home has lovely outside courtyard and garden areas which are very much enjoyed by my dad. Thank you to everyone at Trevaylor Manor.
My husband was in care at Trevaylor Manor Care Home for many years. Cannot thank everyone enough for the super care to him and to us as a family. Every team member was excellent. Thank you to the team.
My mum has been in Trevaylor Manor care home for ten months, since September 2020. I moved her from another home after she broke her hip. I sadly lost my mum at Trevaylor Manor at the end of June 2021. I can honestly say that my mum was treated with excellent care, from the administrative staff to the RT, to the wonderful carers and nurses. I'd recommend them to anyone.
All staff are extremely helpful and kind. The home is beautifully clean and the standard of care is good. The car parking could be improved as it is very difficult sometimes to park. Perhaps having white lines put in would be better.
My husband is in dementia care at Trevaylor Manor. The staff are excellent - caring and helpful. Not enough activities to occupy residents though. One little thing - it would be helpful if, when answering the phone, staff would say their name. I always have to ask who am I speaking to.
In the 4/5 years that my wife has been resident here, myself and other visitors have always been greeted with friendly courtesy.
