Cannot say enough good things about Allesley Hall. The care and respect my mother received was incredible, from the nursing staff, carers and support staff, they all made her final days peaceful and calm.

I cannot speak highly enough about the care for my sister, as she had a stroke two years ago and needs round-the-clock care. In addition, the staff always have time for our family. When we visit if we inform them we will be visiting they will have our sister out of her bed and into a chair which is no mean feat.

The staff are very friendly and helpful to our mother's needs and also ours as it can be quite upsetting sometimes so they are amazing people who we have a lot of love for, they are always informing us of any changes good or bad to our mother's situation.

Everyone at Allesley Hall has been amazing. My uncle has received the best nursing care we could wish for. So pleased you also have a chaplain who takes an interest in my uncle. The home itself is that, a home not an institution. Within this home, there is a family, a family that cares and supports everyone. Thank you so much. It means so much to us as a family in challenging times.

I am struggling to find words which sufficiently reflect my gratitude to Allesley Hall for the level of professionalism, love and care shown towards my sister. Every member of the team works tirelessly to ensure her needs are met with kindness and compassion. She is always treated with dignity and as an individual, with staff engaging directly with her despite her inability to engage or respond. Her health needs are complex, which are understood by everyone who cares for her and they respond swiftly to any changes in her health, keeping her family updated at every stage. The way the home is managed and the professionalism of every member of staff means that I have confidence my sister is safe and surrounded by care and kindness - who could ask for more.

I write this review based on my aunt being at Allesley Hall for almost 20 years. Allesley Hall was her home and the care, support and kindness shown to her and our family was nothing short of exceptional. The home is a lovely beautiful building with fantastic grounds but the staff are what makes this home excellent. They are a true credit to the home and my aunt built close relationships with many staff over the years and we know she trusted them. In her final week at the home, we witnessed just how much the staff cared for her too, they went beyond what was expected of them, comforting both my aunt and us as a family. We will always be grateful for the fantastic care you provided to my aunt and would not have any reservations about recommending this home to others, they are truly a fantastic home. Thank you all for everything.

I have always felt welcome at the home and feel my daughter is getting the best care possible. Staff do their very best and management is very approachable. Overall a very happy and relaxed atmosphere.

On my recent visit to Allesley Hall to visit a friend, I was greeted at the door by very friendly staff, I was asked who I was visiting and staff directed me to my friend... the ambiance was warm welcoming and very friendly... the home was so inviting, I look forward to visiting again... and would 100% recommend this home to anyone looking for their love ones or any relatives.

My mum recently had to go into nursing care as she had been discharged from hospital into the care of my 86 year old dad, who cannot care for her. From the moment she arrived in the home, she was treated exceptionally well and within a day said she was "loving it" and said “everyone is so good to me”. While she is still very ill, she is looking so much better than before and is now getting all the medical attention and care she needs. I know that she will most likely pass away at some point in the near future, but I couldn’t wish for her to be anywhere else for her final days. She isn’t scared of dying, just how she will go and she has been reassured she will be fully looked after and won’t be in pain and this has given her a great sense of peace. I cannot thank the staff enough for all they are doing for her.

My mum was in a very bad place before she became a resident here due to her physical health and mobility issues at her previous residence and hadn't left her room for over 3 months. At Allesley Hall, she was downstairs in the communal areas within weeks. Fantastic. The staff are very attentive and great for keeping me up to date with her health. It's set in lovely surroundings and with a nearby park to walk residents around or take kids to when they get bored it has everything. Staff are very relaxed and no time is a bad time to visit (and very accommodating to allow residents to see their grandchildren) with lots of various activities (e.g bingo, keep fit, singers, crafts, theme days etc.).

We had a very negative and upsetting experience in the end after our family member was given notice to leave after a complaint. But there are a lot of very kind and compassionate carers. The setting and the rooms are lovely but the most important thing about a care home is how the care is given and whether the person gets any real attention if they are in their room 24/7.

We always knew that if Mum needed to be admitted into a care home it would have to be Allesley Hall Care Home. We certainly weren't disappointed. The love, care and attention given to Mum was amazing. Every member of staff is dedicated and went out of their way to do their very best for both Mum and to support us. They are like an extended family. Thanks to them all, we had Mum for more time than we expected and Mum enjoyed the last few months of her life in a comfortable, caring environment.

Allesley Hall is an amazing place where they see solutions to find and not problems. The staff made my dad's stay with them a very special time with the kindness, the care, the nursing, the getting to really know who he was and who he's been. They embraced all as a family and took us into their family of Allesly Hall right up until my dad passed away and beyond. A totally very special place.

My grandmother's friend was admitted here approximately 6 months ago. The home has treated her amazingly. She is so happy. All the staff are so friendly and caring. After speaking to her, I felt I must make a review.

When my friend came to Allesley Hall Care Home, she had been bedbound for over four months. Within two weeks of my friend's admission, my friend was mobilised with a wheelchair and was able to move around with the support of the caring staff, enabling her to have her dinner in the communal dining room and join in activities at Allesley Hall. Allesley Hall has always been kind and supportive and has responded to any discrepancies/concerns in a professional and caring manner. The staff are extremely pleasant and supportive. The food is lovely too.

All staff, including management, carers, nurses, maintenance, domestic cleaners, kitchen staff and admin, are outstanding. The care my mother-in-law has received since arriving has been excellent. I would highly recommend Allesley Hall to anyone looking for nursing care. They are all kind, helpful, polite and hardworking. I cannot fault them all.

I couldn't recommend this nursing home enough. All the staff go above and beyond for all of their residents and their families. I can't thank the staff enough for all of their hard work. This goes to everyone who works at Allesley Hall. My granny is so happy here it's just like home for her.

My mother has been a resident of Allesley Hall for just over a year. Mum speaks highly of all the staff. She loves her room, has made a good friend, enjoys the company of the other residents, enjoys the food and joins in with the activities offered. Mum says she receives good care and sleeps well in her comfortable bed. I personally find the staff to not only be kind and caring to the residents but go out of their way to offer their advice to make Mum more comfortable and feel at home. Everybody is upbeat and happy. The setting of Allesley Hall is tranquil in a very well-maintained garden and park. I would highly recommend Allesley Hall.
