There isn't enough words to describe how grateful we are for the care shown to our Nanna/Mum by the staff at Apple Mews. Every single staff member was professional, compassionate and treated her with respect and kindness. 5* care home wouldn't hesitate to recommend

All staff were welcoming, the home had a pleasant atmosphere and was clean. The care my friend has been receiving is person-centred and focuses on what he wants. Meals are wholesome and hearty. The staff team made the care home feel like a family.

Apple Mews is an excellent care home. My mum has lived there for 7 years. There is always a welcoming, cosy atmosphere. I can only ever praise the staff for their kind, loving attitude, compassionate care, and the high standards, and person-centred care they provide daily and continue to maintain during these unprecedented times. My mum is safe, happy, and well looked after and I could not ask for more. Apple Mews is a happy home, like one big family.

The staff at Apple Mews care for my husband with courtesy and kindness. They and the management treat my family and I in the same way. Anything that they can do to help they will do for us.

This care home must really be an exception to the rule. We read in the media about care homes being not fit for purpose, but Apple Mews is perfect in every way. It is hygienic, the food is second to none (fit for royalty), staff are both friendly and cheerful - nothing is too much trouble for them. I have loved every minute of my stay in Apple Mews. From the manager down to the cleaner, staff have been tremendous (special mention about the cook).

My dad Joe is in here at the moment having some rehab. What a wonderful place. The staff are fantastic from cleaners to managers. Nothing is to much trouble. Lovely food nothing to much trouble for the cook. Medical staff amazing. Thank you all so much from a very grateful daughter.

I cannot commend Apple Mews Care Home highly enough. One is welcomed at the door and the general atmosphere as soon as one enters is of great peace and calm. The management is supportive of the family as well as the resident. My husband is bedbound and totally reliant on the carers. They are really lovely to him, nothing is too much trouble. I feel he is in very good hands. His personal care is carried out efficiently, without fuss and his dignity as far as possible maintained. Also, they chat with him and keep his spirits up. The food is good home cooking, lots of it and delicious, I can vouch for that. I feel completely at ease that his care is second to none in my absence. The nurses in the home are not only professional and extremely competent, they are very positive and supportive of their patients.

Care home staff are very accommodating and professional. Informative, polite, very caring. All needs are catered for.

Very nice, you can sleep in to when ever you want, and they come and ask what you would like to eat each day, your laundry is done for you.
