Mum's needs are sufficiently met at Bayview. Staff are also very kind and caring towards my Dad when he visits Mum.

Overall pleased with the care in the home. Because there have been no events organised during January, I feel the residents are not getting enough stimulation - this should hopefully change as a new events organiser has just started!

My mum has been very happy since coming here. All staff are very helpful and great meals. Overall a brilliant home.

Bayview is a small, cozy and friendly care home. The staff are extremely friendly and caring toward my mother. She is very well cared for which relieves the family's anxiety. Wonderful staff.

Excellent care home. The staff are respectful and fun. The food is very good and there are lots of activities organised. The staff are able to reassure and help residents when necessary.

Mum has been here for five years and has had great care and attention. She is now 95 and needs more support but is very independent, which the staff are very aware and good with.

Very impressed with the care and attention of all the staff. Condition of rooms well maintained and clean and tidy. Very helpful with issues raised and helps to solve any problems.

The care my mother gets is first class and the feedback from the staff on her health and well-being is informing and regular. The family are comforted knowing she is in a safe and clean environment with caring staff to tend to her needs.

My sister has Alzheimer’s/dementia. Initially, she was in a home elsewhere, but the care and attention towards the residents was not what I expected, so in August last year she was transferred to Bayview. The care she is receiving at Bayview from all staff is so much better, that she settled in so quickly and seems much happier. The staff are all very friendly towards residents and visitors. The management and nurses always keep me informed on my sister’s health and care. The accommodation is good and well-maintained. To date, I have great respect for all involved in the running of Bayview Care Home in Cruden Bay.

This care home is looking after our mum well, it is not easy to talk with Mum but she does tell us she likes this place and she is happy here. The care home is a bit away from the three of us and we don't see the everyday things that go there, but she is happy and it's for her.

The management and care staff at Bayview are very kind and considerate and know my relative very well and do all they can to meet their care needs and well-being, with attention to their individual and personal life, birthdays, family visits and reminders etc.

Bayview is a lovely environment for my dad. All his needs are taken care of. Friendly and helpful staff. Plenty of activities to enjoy. Good choice of food on the menu. The staff keep us updated all the time.

Both my parents became residents of Bayview Christmas 2021. They had differing needs but were cared for and looked after by all the staff. In the early stages difficulties were addressed and resolved, resulting in both settling well into their new home together. Sadly Dad passed away Christmas 2022. Mum continues to be a resident at Bayview, she is well cared for, very settled and content. The staff are always welcoming when I visit, and I am kept well informed of Mum's needs and any medical concerns. There is a range of activities, and the resident's wishes are always sought to the best of the resident's ability. The food looks excellent, I often visit at afternoon tea and cake time! Bayview is very homely, and it is good to always recognise familiar staff.

Very pleased with all aspects of care and support my mother receives at Bayview.

My mother was taken into Bayview on the Friday and passed away on the Monday. Myself and family were there for the four days and were treated like royalty by the staff.

My wife and I are delighted with the care provided at Bayview. Very nice and friendly staff and management. Excellent food and attentive environment.

My husband seems happier and settled in Bayview, much better than in the hospital. The staff are very friendly and caring. Could not have picked a better nursing home, and it is so close to our home.
