View Full Details of St Peter's Park Retirement VillageSt Peters Park has provided the most excellent care for my wife over the last 3 years. There is a real sense of kindness towards her and all the staff from the caretakers, cleaners, kitchen staff, administrators and the care staff themselves, know and care for my wife. The home is kept spotlessly clean and and the staff keep me up-to-date with all her needs. Its never great having to place a loved one in a home but St Peters Park have done all they can to ensure the transition has been as easy as possible. Thank you.
My husband was a resident at St Peter's Park care home for palliative care for a short time until he passed away. I found all the staff and management to be extremely supportive and compassionate from the moment I began dealing with them and the care he received during his time there was outstanding. The management, nursing and caring staff showed great empathy to all the family too during this difficult time, they demonstrated great compassion in all that they did for him and us. I am grateful that he received such outstanding care in his final days and cannot thank them enough.
Wonderful room, My husband is cared got well, the staff are cheerful and nothing seems to be too much trouble for them. His clothes are washed and ironed beautifully and he is always clean and well cared for.
St Peter's Park Retirement Village is exactly that - flats, cottages, retirement home, care wing and nursing wing in a garden setting all well cared for and maintained. My husband is newly in the care wing with which I can find no fault, staff and care, food and cleanliness are excellent. My husband has late-stage dementia so unable to complete or understand this review but is receiving the very best of care.
My father was a resident at St Peter's care home in Bexhill for palliative care. From the moment we arrived to see the care home up until he passed away the standard of care and compassion shown for him and us as a family was exemplary. The management and nursing and caring staff were extremely supportive, informative and showed great compassion in all that they did for him and us. We are so grateful that this was the place in which he spent his final days and cannot thank them enough for their support throughout this difficult time.
My wife and I moved in as a stop-gap and now we are staying forever as we like it so much. I have spoken to people who have never seen anything quite like St Peter's Park, it is unique and we agree. Everyone is friendly.
I am so relieved to have found such a good nursing home for my sister. The staff are friendly and most helpful. After spending six weeks in the hospital, my sister moved to St Peter's Park, and I am delighted to say that both physically and mentally, there is a great improvement in her condition.
This has been the second time that my mother-in-law has stayed for respite at St Peter's Park. We always have a warm greeting when we arrive and the staff can't do enough for us! They are so kind and helpful. The meals are lovely and my mother-in-law says that everyone is pleasant and friendly. It is always clean. We would recommend St Peter's Park. The grounds are kept immaculate and we have a lovely view of squirrels and birds from the windows and door.
Very kind and very helpful. Came quickly when called upon. Food was good. Lovely nurses and staff. Very clean. Overall, excellent respite stay.
I would like to express my very high opinion of the staff at St. Peter’s as well as the management of the home. My mother spent the last couple of years of her life at St. Peter’s and received outstanding care. Sadly, she died recently, but in the weeks leading up to her death the staff were extremely kind, understanding and attentive. My deep thanks to all of them. I would not hesitate to recommend St. Peter’s as a place to find quality care.
My family and I are so grateful for the care and compassion shown to my mother during her 2 and a half years at St Peter's Park and especially during her last days. The nurses and carers could not have been kinder to my daughter or myself whilst we kept a 24 hour visit during Mother's final 8 days.
My father took up residence at St Peter's Park for end of life care. His room and facilities were excellent. The nurses and carers who looked after Dad were brilliant, compassionate and caring through to the end of his life. My sister and I knew that he was in safe hands at all times, which gave us great comfort. The care and professionalism of the management and staff is truly exemplary and I can't praise them enough.
The care and compassion shown to my father during his end of life care at St Peter's Park was exceptional and I am truly grateful to all the wonderful staff. My father's room was spotlessly clean and tidy at all times and had the feel of a hotel room rather than the average nursing or residential care accommodation.
St Peter's care home was really terrific in looking after my mother. All of the staff, with no exception, were very attentive, never over-intensive, and nothing was ever too much trouble. They made her and the whole family very welcome. When my mother took a downward turn, the staff really stepped up. The room was roomy with a lovely outlook. I could not recommend them more highly.
Very happy staff. When entering the reception, the ladies always ask how I am and vice versa! The care staff and nurses always ask me/us the same question and proceed to feedback info on Mum and the antics she's been up to! I love them all. My dad's in the nursing part of the home. Again, wonderful, pleasant, happy staff. I feel they are all my friends. They're led by a great manager. Thanks.
Very pleased with all the help from the staff - all very helpful, and the information provided was good.

Very clean and comfortable rooms. Staff are friendly and welcoming. A really great place to convalesce or retire to when the need arises.
Everyone is polite, helpful and very nice. No complaints.
