View Full Details of Clairleigh Nursing HomeStaff at Clairleigh Nursing Home are so professional and helpful and plenty of them. They take care of my mum (now bed-bound) and we turn up at random times and always see great nursing. We really recommend Clairleigh.
A delightful respite experience. Very good care. Very clean, food good - altogether excellent.
I cannot praise this home enough, they genuinely care for their residents. My mother was admitted in July 2024, and the staff from the nurses to the carers and management and entertainment are completely committed to making my mum's new life as comfortable as possible. I visit at various times of the day and have always been welcomed. My mother seems very happy and I know that she feels confident in their hands. Thank you Clairleigh Nursing Home.
I came to Clairleigh after a hospital stay for partial hip replacement resulting from a fall. Feel fortunate to have secured a room here as care has been exceptional. It is personal care, all carers are friendly and helpful and mindful of my needs. The facilities are excellent and all residents appear happy and well looked after. There is a happy atmosphere enhanced by many activities that are all encouraged to take part in.
My Father was cared for, for 2 years at Claorleigh Care Home, Bromley. I and my family cannot speak more highly of the home. The level of care and compassion at all times are outstanding! Numerous meetings are held and staff go that extra mile always. It is a lovely setting being clean and bright. What a super place, which made the last 2 years for my Father the best they could have been.
I have an old friend who has been at Clairleigh for about two years. I visit her each week and I have been very impressed. I think the most important thing when thinking of a care home is the staff" All those I met are just the best. They genuinely love their residents. There is plenty of entertainment for those who want to partake. I was amazed at how quickly my friend accepted her new life. She has a very comfortable en-suite room and can spend as much time as she wants there. Having seen several care homes I would highly recommend Clairleigh.
The day-to-day care at Clairleigh is very good. My Mother has dementia and her needs are usually met by highly trained competent staff. The activities are exceptional and the activity team could not be more dedicated to making Clairleigh the happy and welcoming home it is.
My Father spent the last 5 months of his life at Clairleigh Nursing Home. All of the staff were loving, patient, and very kind to my Dad who had Alzheimer's. Dad passed away peacefully and the night staff made the sad time more bearable. I will have fond memories of Dad's last days, great entertainment, and genuine caring staff.
I am very pleased to have got my wife into Clairleigh. My family and I find it very satisfactory. I cannot answer to final question about value for money as we have that under assessment currently and I do not know how much I will have to pay.
My Mother has dementia and has very little short-term memory but the activities and the many social events brought into the home, with music and singing, has the most amazing effect. She can remember the words and sings with a smile on her face. She enjoys the armchair and attends the hairdresser weekly.
I visited my dear friend on Wednesday 27th December, who is with you for what is probably end-of-life care. I was very impressed with what I saw: staff, establishment, level of care, monitoring and attention. I couldn't have hoped for better. I left with comfort in the knowledge that my friend could not be in a better place. Thank you so much.
After a long stay in hospital my mum moved into Clairleigh eight years ago. The care is exceptional and the staff genuinely care about the people they are looking after. The residents are all treated as individuals and all their needs are taken care of. Standards of the home are very high, it is extremely well kept with great facilities. I think that so many of the staff seem to have been there for a long time, which is a good indication of the way the home is run and the benefit of that for the residents is immeasurable.
Hello, everyone looking for a lovely care home for a loved one then I recommend Clairleigh. My wife has been in the home since 2018 even with all the difficulties a care home has to deal with Covid etc. Everyone in the home has been lovingly looked after and cared for. Yes, I can highly recommend Clairleigh Nursing Home. Thanks for looking after my wife. Love to you all.
Found Clairleigh to be a well-run nursing home and very clean. The staff was very kind and willing to do the little extra things for my father and the day-to-day care was very good. The entertainment team were excellent and the support from the team since the passing of my father has been a great comfort to the family.
I have enjoyed being here. The staff are helpful and the residents I have spoken to have all been polite and helpful. Hope I have been too.
My mum has been a resident at Clairleigh Nursing Home for a year now. The staff are amazing and I think they are the kindest group of people I have ever met. There is always a cheerful greeting and a laugh to be had. The activities (including regular outside visitors) have kept Mum engaged and there have been several events for residents' families to enjoy with their loved ones and outings arranged throughout the year. The staff work together for the benefit of the residents and treat everyone with dignity and care. The home is light, bright, clean and cheerful.
I simply can not thank Clairleigh enough for the care and compassion shown to my mum and to us as a family. My mum spent almost two years in Clairleigh until her passing. She transferred from the hospital during the height of Covid. The staff at Clairleigh welcomed Mum into their family instantly. Mum suffered from dementia, and whilst this was a confusing and upsetting time, I believe she always felt safe and knew she could trust the team at Clairleigh. The activities team put on a varied and engaging range of activities and has a beautiful garden which they make excellent use of in the summer. Lunches always smelt delicious and tea, coffee and cake are always readily available. The nursing and care staff always made sure Mum was well-presented and treated her with kindness and dignity right until her last days. Dealing with dementia is so tough, but without Clairleigh, it would have been a thousand times tougher. Thank you.
My mum went into Clairleigh Nursing Home for a 4 week period of respite care and we were very impressed with all of the staff who did everything they could to make both my Mum and our family welcome. The standard of care was excellent and it is a very pleasant environment, my mum particularly enjoyed using the garden space.
Clairleigh Nursing Home residents, including my mum and dad, have enjoyed several outings recently in a purpose-built minibus to a local garden centre and also to the museum. My parents both have mobility issues so wheelchairs were in use throughout the day and the dedicated staff ensured that they were safe and happy. Packed lunches were provided too and many lovely photos were taken throughout the day which I will treasure. It was wonderful to see Mum and Dad out and about again. In addition - it was Mum and Dad's wedding anniversary a couple of weeks ago and they arrived at their lunch table to find it sprinkled with decorative hearts and large vase of roses. It's the small, caring touches that makes Clairleigh such a home from home.
My mother (85) has been with Clairleigh Nursing Home now for 7 weeks (following a fall at home, deteriorating health and a stay in hospital) and she has been looked after and cared for so well by all the staff at Clairleigh since the day she arrived. The premises are extremely bright, attractive and spotlessly clean. The nursing care and attention to my mum have been faultless and I cannot thank the staff enough for everything they are doing for her and us as a family in making sure she is safe, well looked after and happy. Mum has taken time to settle in but is doing so very well and there has been a noticeable improvement in her overall wellbeing. All of the staff are so welcoming and friendly and no matter what time we call or visit someone is always on hand with a reassuring voice and happy to always spend the time to update us and chat.
