Overall a nice care home; most of the staff are lovely, some should not work in care as they don't care. Problems with my dad not having on his own clothes and them washing and shining them and his toiletries going missing and not taking the residents out in the summer to the park or in the garden.

Mt experience coming to Peregrine House is always a good experience. Staff and management are always pleasant, patient, willing to listen, friendly upon approach and dedicated to their task.

Peregrine House is amazing. I have been visiting my friend for some years now, while she has been a resident here. The staff are welcoming and kind. The room where my friend lives is always clean and homely. The residents appear happy and are engaging in various activities. Happy New Year to staff and residents.

Staff are kind, cooperative and helpful. Always helping, even when you don't need it. We get a variety of food and I always get a good portion of it. Activities during Christmas were very good. I enjoyed children singing and dancing.

I visit my sister as often as I can, but usually once a week at least. The care she gets is very good and the staff are very caring.

Our Mum has settled in really well and we are really happy with the care she received. The staff are all very caring and friendly.

The staff were very polite and professional and the environment of the home was very clean and well maintained to keep patients safe.

My father was homed here for a short while. Me and my sister decided that we wished for him to be moved as we found the home to be managed poorly. The environment was not conducive to inclusive activity and engagement. Activities Planner not being carried out, and some parts of the home are neglected. Dead plants, dirty light fittings - a very depressing home for life. Care Plans are not staff-friendly and not being recorded correctly. Important risk assessments not being carried out when required, poor staff culture. Lack of investment by Gold Care Homes in building and training for management and staff.

My mother has been living in Peregrine House for some time now and each time I go and visit her she is well cared for and clean. I visit at different times of the day and I have never seen anything to make me concerned about her care. The staff are very dedicated and caring.

This is a clean and well-run care home. I come each week, as much as I can. The residents are well looked after, and the staff look after them well in my view. My family member seems very settled here, always clean and tidy. His room is clean and looks like it is cleaned often.

Very friendly staff, and my wife's mum was sad to be leaving, thanks for looking after her. I am sure she will miss you all. I am sure we would book her in again when the time comes, for now, a big thank you.

We are very pleased with the care facility for my mum. They have provided her with care and are friendly and approachable to relatives. As her family, we have no concerns regarding her care in Peregrine House.
