View Full Details of RosebankWe cannot speak highly enough of the staff of Rosebank, whose genuine interest, kindness, cheerfulness, thoughtfulness and patience are exemplary. The environment is genuinely welcoming, combined with a high level of unintrusive professionalism. We like the way that residents live in 'Flats', each with its own differently coloured front door which has a door knocker and a 'letterbox' not open for obvious security reasons but giving a normal appearance and sense of dignity for residents. My father really likes his room, which is small but has everything he needs, nicely presented. His window has a view of a wildlife garden area which means a lot to him. I am impressed that every room has an electrically operated using posture bed which enables safe working for staff and a high level of comfort for residents. Visitors are welcomed supportively. Meals are well cooked, tasty and nutritious and residents choose where to eat, in accessible lounge/diners or their rooms. Thank you!
Not being able to see mum on Mother's Day in person, it was lovely and very thoughtful of Rosebank staff to put pictures of the mothers on Facebook so we were able to see them with their cards and flowers under a big pink balloon which said, MUM. It was a joy to see. Mum looked really happy and smiling (even if she wasn't quite sure what the occasion was! I must say I am always reassured how well mum is cared for at Rosebank. Once again thank you to the manager and all the staff for the excellent care you give. You really do go above and beyond.
I feel my mum is safe and well looked after in this care home. It has a bright, friendly cosy feel to it. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I have peace of mind knowing that my mum is safe in a nice environment.
My brother has been a resident here for a number of years. Although I haven't physically visited since March 2020 due to lockdown as I don't live in the same city, we have kept in touch with the home on a regular basis over the last year by phone. The staff are always cheerful and easy to approach. When they have needed to do so they have kept me informed of developments in my brother's care and you can contact them whenever you wish. I have always found everyone very helpful and kind. There are often activities going on at the home, which I have heard in the background, when on the phone, even in this last year. When I have visited, the food has always seemed extremely good and the level of care and expertise are extremely high. I am always impressed with the dedication of the staff and management. I would happily recommend this home.
My Mum has been a resident here for over 2 years and is well cared for and very happy. Rosebank is small and homely with amazing caring staff who treat the residents with respect and dignity. The staff are very good at keeping relatives informed and you always feel so welcome when visiting. In the current climate, it has been so reassuring to know mum has been well taken care of. I can’t thank them enough.
Staff are friendly, helpful, and always willing to help. Regular staff/family meetings ensure concerns are dealt with in a timely manner and that residents' care does not diminish in quality or quantity. The home organises regular resident activities and these seem enjoyable and varied. Overall I am incredibly satisfied with the level of care my uncle receives and with how much the home staff care for his needs.
My father is extremely happy and content, which also gives me a good feeling to know how he feels. The care home makes visitors very welcome and I could not think of anywhere else for my father to be.
Found all the staff very good, helpful and always happy and very good with everyone. We could not wish for anywhere than Rosebank for our Auntie and Uncle.
Found to be friendly and caring staff, always happy and willing to oblige all needs when possible.
As Rosebank is a small unit, it feels very 'family like'. You get to know all the staff and other residents, so we have nice visits where we all chatter together and have lunch or tea times depending on the time of the visit. The home is always clean and welcoming and the staff are very kind and caring. The management are very approachable and helpful.
When I visited Rosebank several months ago I was given a warm welcome. The manager took me through every aspect of the care home. I visited other homes but wasn't given the same treatment. My mother has now been resident at Rosebank for four weeks. The staff are marvellous and always happy to listen, advise and reassure. My mother has settled well. She is happy (most of the time) well looked after, and the food is enjoyed. She is clean and clearly cared for. I couldn't ask for more. I have every confidence in Rosebank staff.
