Management are very polite, kind, understanding and caring. Receptionist is same as above. All senior carers are as all above and take great care of mam. All of the above are superb at their own jobs.

Raleigh Court Care Home cared for my aunt. The home were very caring. Friendly and helpful staff. A lot of natural light in the home. Lots of various activities for the residents. My aunt was treated with kindness and respect. Thank you to the Raleigh Court Care Home staff.

Overall, satisfied with the home however would like to see more variety with the food and more activities. Whilst I know that physical movement is limited, some physical exercise would be helpful. Find communication with nursing staff, caring staff and management is very good and helpful.
