Wonderful staff providing the best of care to all residents! Nothing too much trouble! All members of staff have shown to be fully committed to their roles and go the extra mile when required! The level of care and support is second to none!

Fantastic care home, that really does care. The staff are all lovely, I am thankful for all the staff that care for my dad, he is happier and healthier, we are so glad we found Warren Farm to care for him. Thank you too all at Warren Farm, you do an amazing job.

Mum has Alzheimer's, and had to be moved into a place that could cater for her. I looked at Warren Farm Lodge first and didn't look at any others. I knew straight away that this was the place for her. She came into the home in June 24 and has settled in well. There have been ups and downs but on the whole she is happy. This is down to the staff who have made my mum and myself most welcome. If I had to pick anybody out I would like to say that three staff members in particular have gone to another level to help. I am sure all the others have too and I have had no problems up to now.

Mom has been in Warren Farm for 7 months now, initially on a trial basis to ensure she was happy. Most importantly all the staff are so friendly and caring, nothing is too much trouble. The food is above all expectations. Her room is large with an ensuite, with a kitchenette and a television etc. My sister and I are content knowing that Mom is being looked after so well.

Mom has been at Anchor Warren Farm Lodge for over 5 years and the care she receives is excellent. Highly Recommended. Very friendly, professional staff at all levels. Mom is a lot better mentally and physically then she was 5+ years ago

I would highly rate the care and consideration the staff have with the residents. They are always helpful and nothing is too much trouble when I engage with them or my mother does. I would recommend the home to anyone looking for residential care and support.

Mom has been in Warren Farm since April 2024, in November 2024 she became unwell and is now receiving end of life care. The home and all the staff including the carers, the housekeepers, the catering and the office staff could not have been more considerate or respectful of the situation we found ourselves in. Mom's care has been impeccable, the staff cannot do enough for her and for the family when we are visiting. Thank you all for your kindness at this very sad and emotional time.

Mom is looked after very well and she is more comfortable, safer and more secure than living on her own. The care she receives is great and the food and options she has are also very good. We can call in and see her at anytime and she is always dressed well.

I am always happy with the care and support provided by the staff at the care home to my mother. All the staff are always friendly and make themselves available. The care home is always welcoming, clean and tidy.

The staff at Warren Farm have been great during all of my visits over the last 12 months. They have been professional, patient and attentive with my uncle when visiting his room. My uncle has settled in well as a result of the care he has received. Thanks to all.

Mom's carers are first class in all departments. They can not do enough for Mom at any time of day or night and always with a smile and cheerful manner from the management down to the cleaning lady. As a family we are delighted to have Mom as a resident in Warren Farm Lodge.

Each time I visit it clear to see that my brother is happy and well cared for. All of the staff are more than happy to help and are patient and caring. It is a relief to know that he is in such a good place.

I can't praise all the staff and the home enough. My mother has been a resident for just over a year and she is so happy. The room is perfect for her. The home is so clean and the staff can't do enough for the residents. The food is excellent I highly recommend Warren Farm Lodge.

My sister has been a long term resident at Warren Farm Lodge. She is elderly and has learning disabilities. She has been extremely well cared for, and is very happy and settled. She feels that Warren Farm Lodge is her home; and she views the staff as her friends. The care and kindness she has received over the years has exceeded our expectations, and we are extremely grateful.

All the staff are very kind, friendly and caring. They interact with the residents very well and treat them with utmost respect The food provided is freshly cooked and there is a wide variety on offer every day. There is also frequent snacks with tea, coffee and squash. My mother has thrived both mentally and physically since she went to live at Warren Farm Lodge.

I'm so glad I found this little gem of a care home for my mum. In my view they have the job title of angels. My mum is very happy here she loves the food, the company and she likes to get involved with whatever is going on. Her room is not just your average room, they call them flats, clean and comfortable, throughout, a home from home. My mum receives an excellent service and I have a great relationship and rapport with the home, which in turn has a great rapport with me and my mum. I can't thank Warren Farm Lodge and their team of angels enough for looking after my mum after a very challenging time within our family. I'll be forever grateful.

Although my dad hasn't been there for very long he is so happy, healthy and very settled. I like the fact that the staff treat each person as an individual and work so kindly with my dad. They don't rush him and I can already see how attached he is becoming to the staff. Other family members agree with me that it's a lovely home for my dad. I personally like the fact that staff keep me updated every time I visit. Thank you.
