View Full Details of Beech Tree House Care HomeDad stayed for 2 weeks and found everyone friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them.
Dad went in for respite at Beech Tree, he wasn't quite ready for a care home yet, but the staff were brilliant with Dad listening to him singing and listening to his poems (and his wit). We thank you very much for taking care of him, his little stay was much needed for my sister who cares for him. The staff go that extra mile for all who are in Beech Tree. Thank you to everyone.
I was dissatisfied with the care home my mother was living in so I decided to move her. I was instantly impressed with Beech Tree House Care Home, the atmosphere on entering was warm. The staff were friendly and this continues, giving the feeling of being in a home-from-home. My mother suffers with dementia and, having had a fall in 2020, is unable to walk requiring assistance with most aspects of everyday life, added to which she is profoundly deaf in one ear and only has partial hearing in the other. Since taking up residence at Beech Tree House I have seen a marked improvement in her, she appears happier and more aware, she has gained weight and her overall appearance is smarter and cleaner. All the staff appear to pay more attention to the residents and their needs and attempt to engage the residents (and their families) in a programme of events and activities.
My sister was very weak and poorly when she went into Beech Tree House Care Home. Over the few weeks she was there you could see an amazing difference in her well being-it was lovely to get my sister back. The staff always made us feel welcome, her room was pleasant and clean and I understand the food was very good and made to suit her needs. Would not hesitate to recommend this care home very highly.
Overall experience very good. The resident is very happy there. The management and all the staff are first class.
I was so happy to see my mum enjoying herself in this care home. The staff are wonderful and really make it seem like they are a really big family.
Mum has dementia and we wanted to find her a home from home. She has settled in well with the help of the thoughtful and caring staff. She loves Beech Tree House and we are more than happy with the loving care she receives.
We moved my sister into this care home last month, she is 78 and disabled and she has settled into the home like she has lived here all her life. She likes the people, the staff and the home. The food is excellent and the residents are given a choice, there are activities every day and the staff are very helpful and encourage us to visit at any time. This has taken a great weight off me knowing she is well looked after.
This is my first direct contact with a care home. During this period there was a lockdown for a sickness bug and because of this, my visits have been few. What I have seen are a clean and well-run home and efficient, caring staff.
Nothing but good words about the care home and the staff. Everyone is very caring.
Every time I've visited the place is clean and the staff are marvellous. Dad took time to settle but now seems happy there. The staff are always busy and deserve more pay than they get.
My grandma come to Beech Tree very unsure if it was the right thing to do due to her always been so independent. She has really come out her shell and loves the place. It is so lovely as a family to know she is safe, looked after, and always occupied. Thanks Beech Tree Houe you really made a hard time easy.
Very happy to have my father in this very caring nursing home. I think all the staff are excellent and attend quickly and professionally to all my father's needs and are prompt to help with any questions I have. I will recommend Beech Tree House to others looking for care as I feel confident that my father is looked after well.
Beech care home is a lovely friendly place. My friend is in this care home and is looked after very well. The staff are superb they look after my friend very well. The place is super her bedroom when she went into the home was newly decorated with new carpet curtains and furniture there is two televisions rooms and a separate dining room. All in all the place is great. Anne walker
Mum came to Beech Tree House in December as she needed extra care after a stay in hospital. With the care and attention she has received, mum is beginning to thrive. As a family we know she is well cared for and looked after. She is happy and smiley, clean and smart. Through this difficult time with covid, it has been reassuring to know mum is in safe hands. I'm very grateful to all the staff for their dedication.
This is my first contact visit for a while. Very pleased with how staff dealt with the test (lateral flow test and temperature), explained this very well. Everything was set out safely and well, and the correct PPE was given. So very grateful to be able to have hand-to-hand contact with my uncle; this was a comfortable, emotional and very positive experience for both of us. Well done, Beech Tree House and big thanks for taking care of my uncle so well during these hard times when visiting was not possible.
Very good staff looking after my mum very well.
My mum has been at Beech Trees for four years now and as a family, we are all very pleased with the care she receives. The staff and management are very approachable if there are any problems. She has dementia and can be very vocal and the staff is very good at including her in everything to keep her mind occupied. I can't praise the home enough.
Always made welcome. Staff always helpful. Can ask questions of anything you want to know. Feel like I can join in things. Residents are looked after well. I enjoy visiting my partner. Staff very understanding. Excellent.
We are obviously living through surreal times. The staff are working extremely hard to ensure they are keeping themselves and the residents clear of this virus. I won't forget what a fantastic contribution you are all making. A wave through the window is all I can do for now. Keep up the good work, you are all heroes.
