My mum as been with Holly Tree Care Home for a while and is looked after very well, All the family is very pleased with all the care from the staff. Mum as been in a couple of care homes but this one is the best

My mother was in the care home for 7 and a half years. She was well looked after and treated with compassion and dignity until she passed away. The staff are first rate.

All carers are polite and friendly and ensure residents are happy, my father-in-law seems styled and enjoys the meals supplied. There always seems to be plenty of carers available to help. The residential home always seems tidy and clean.

Holly Tree Lodge staff are always very inviting and friendly. They treat the residents with kindness and respect and family with empathy. We are always kept up to date with any changes to Mum's circumstances. The rooms are nice and are always maintained to a high standard. The menu is always good.

Holly Tree Lodge - lovely to Mum. Very caring and treats Mum's care, needs and personality with respect. The staff always keep us fully informed of any situation regarding Mum and her daily changing presentations.

From the first day, everyone has been very kind. More importantly, my wife has settled in straight away and seems very content after the upheaval of having to move.

At last I can go home after visiting my husband with peace of mind, knowing he is safe and secure being cared for by excellent staff, and management, in a safe clean environment at Holly Tree Lodge. I always feel welcome and I also am treated and greeted by all the staff. I would recommend to anyone when asked about care and facilities here at Holly Tree Lodge that their loved ones will be well cared for.

My mum sadly passed away but I would like to thank all the staff for their care and compassion shown to my mum over the past three years. She had dementia and could be a challenge some days but the staff were brilliant with her. I'm sure they will miss the banter with her.

My dad has been in Holly Tree Lodge for two months now. He was quite ill when he first arrived at Holly Tree Lodge. The care and attention from staff has been second to none. There are plenty of stimulating activities arranged for example chair exercises every Monday, and singers coming in to entertain residents. Food is always lovely and rightly rated 5 stars. I cannot fault any of the staff from the manager to the cares to domestic and catering staff. They made this a lovely care home for our loved ones.

I am very impressed with Hollytree Lodge - all the staff are caring and supportive despite the very challenging residents. I really appreciate the flexibility of the staff. They definitely put the residents first as much as they can. The home is obviously well organised and managed with good integrated support from external services. Having experienced other care homes I can definitely say that I believe is very good, and better than anywhere else I have seen despite the very high needs of the residents.

Mum is very happy at Holly Tree Lodge. Her room is excellent - 6 times the one at the previous home. The staff are friendly and work hard to give the best care. We are kept up to date and always welcomed when we visit.

We moved my father-in-law here after a very bad experience in a previous home and the care he received from day 1 was exceptional, every single person there had nothing but time and respect all the residents and their families. We felt happy knowing he was so well looked after and every one of his needs were met to a very high standard, we honestly cannot thank the management and all the other amazing staff enough.

Can't recommend Holly Tree Lodge highly enough. We entrusted them with our dad's care and they lovingly catered for his every need throughout his stay. The staff are professional, friendly and caring and also provide a clean and secure environment for their residents.

Absolutely fabulous home and staff. Mum joined Holly Tree Lodge in January 2024 and was very ill. The staff at Holly Tree were amazing from day 1 and Mum has received unbelievable care. The staff are brilliant at sharing info and concerns and nothing is too much trouble.

My wife has been a resident for approximately 18 months and she was very agitated at first, but she is now really happy although she still doesn’t recognise me, she always shouts for a staff member and me, well that’s what the carers tell us, but I’m in a care home now myself. I’ve just been looking at rooms available, and there are 3, l may talk to them about it, l have complex needs, and l need hoisting out and into bed, l don’t think it’s going to change so will have to talk to them about it.
