The care my father received from the time he moved into Rose Villa Care Home in February 2018 was outstanding. All the staff without exception are so kind, caring and thoughtful. My father had many complex needs but the staff looked after him so well and were so understanding. The communication was amazing, we were always kept informed of any changes in his well being. The home is always warm and welcoming and the staff made such a special effort to look after my mother when she visited. We cannot thank the staff enough for the loving care, kindness and compassion he and ourselves received during the last weeks of his life. We could not have wished for a more perfect place for him to pass away.

I have found the care home very helpful and the staff kind to the residents. My mother did an initial part-time visit to the care home which prepared her for staying full time.
The care home is very comfortable and very homely. The residents are extremely well looked after by a kind team of carers. Their patience and dedication never falter. The management looks after their medical needs, renewing their prescriptions, blood tests and any referrals to outside consultants. The food is of excellent quality and available whenever a resident asks for it. They are always willing to make a hot drink and there is a constant supply of squash and water available at all times, be it day or night. I couldn't wish for a better home for my husband.

Staff looked after my mother and always made us feel welcomed. Staff showed nothing but care and love towards my mum. The cook always provided lovely meals and we were always offered drinks and meals when visiting. Mum's room was always spotless by the cleaner. Rose Villa Domiciliary Care Ltd was a lovely place for Mum to spend the last 18 months of her life. The carers are amazing, they have demanding jobs but always do it with a smile and laughter and nothing is too much trouble.
It was a daunting task having had to find a care home in a hurry for both my parents to be cared for in the reasonably short term but as soon as I spoke to the manager at Rose Villa I found her to be reassuring and so helpful. The staff were very welcoming and have continued to be very caring and reassuring to us all.
Outstanding care and attention, my mother is 94, suffers from dementia and has mobility difficulties. I am the only child (71) and live 150 miles away. I am always kept informed of her situation. I could not leave her in the home if I did not have complete confidence in the owner and staff. You only have to walk into immediately feel at home. They cannot do enough for my mother.
I have always found the home caring and helpful. The staff are genuine and responsive to any concern. I can visit whenever I want due to their open visit policy. They have always acted quickly when my aunt has needed medical care. Moreover, they have befriended her and she likes and appreciates their care. This is a good care home.
The home is a very friendly place. The staff show compassion towards the residents and communicate well with relatives. A friendly informal atmosphere. Staff helpful and caring. No unpleasant smells. Visitors made to feel welcome.
My mother went to Rose Villa Care for 2 weeks respite care. She is 89 and suffers from vascular dementia which can result in challenging behaviour. Although in places the building is a bit tired, the care she received was exceptional. The staff were all kind, gentle, non-confrontational and clearly aware of dementia. My mother was treated with respect at all times and personal care always maintained her dignity and privacy. The staff clearly knew all residents very well and treated all as individuals. The staff were friendly, approachable and clearly happy in there.
